A visually stunning dish featuring roast pork and tomatoes.The rich flavor of the homemade dressing and the just-right acidity of the balsamic sauce go together perfectly.

The chicken was surprisingly tender, and the vegetables were deep-fried.In addition to simply enjoying it with salt, we've added a generous amount of grated Parmigiano Reggiano as a finishing touch.This is our proudest creation, a fusion of Japanese and Western styles.

■ Choose one of the following specialty wagyu beef sushi dishes.

"Smoked meat sushi" appearing with a smoky effect, or "smoked meat temari sushi" as adorable as jewels.
