■ Colorful Salad

A visually stunning dish featuring roast pork and tomatoes.The rich flavor of the homemade dressing and the just-right acidity of the balsamic sauce go together perfectly.

■ Assorted Tempura

The chicken was surprisingly tender, and the vegetables were deep-fried.In addition to simply enjoying it with salt, we generously use Parmigiano Reggiano as a finishing touch.

This is our proudest creation, a fusion of Japanese and Western styles.

■ Today's soup

A rich, daily changing soup that brings out the natural flavors of the ingredients.

We offer the most delicious dishes of the day, including rich soups that condense the umami of mushrooms, and visually appealing pink beet soups.

■ Choose one of the following specialty wagyu beef sushi dishes.

"Smoked meat sushi" appearing with a smoky effect, or "smoked meat temari sushi" as adorable as jewels.

■ For dessert, please choose either our very popular "shaved ice" or "roasted sweet potato crème brûlée"!
